Each year, at\u00a0 School of Medicine, University of Mostar 60 students from all the recieved applications are enrolled.\u00a0 As in the most other countries in Europe, studies last for six years, when studetnts who successfully pass all the exams earn the\u00a0 title of Medical doctor\u00a0 and Doctor of dental medicine.
Through the first three years of the studies,\u00a0 students attend classes in basic\u00a0 medicinal sciences. Clinical classes\u00a0 take place in the fourth, fifth and sixth year of the studies which includes practical work in\u00a0 hospital departments, outpatient clinics and Faculty teaching units.
Faculty building\u00a0 is located\u00a0 at\u00a0 Bijeli brijeg,\u00a0 together with University\u00a0 Hospital of Mostar .\u00a0 Faculty\u00a0 buidning includes amphitheater, classrooms for lectures and\u00a0 computer classrooms for lectures and seminars, as well as\u00a0 teaching\u00a0 laboratories where students attend\u00a0 laboratory practicals in Biology, Histology, Physiology, Biochemistry Pharmacology and\u00a0 Microbiology.\u00a0 Also , there is a Section hall for practicals\u00a0 in Anatomy and scientific\u00a0 laboratories in the fields of\u00a0 Molecular biology, Immunology, Cytogenetics, Physiology and\u00a0 Morphological sciences.\u00a0 Founded centers include\u00a0 Center for Cytogenetics, Center for sleep medicine and\u00a0 Center for continuing medical education.\u00a0 Center for molecular diagnostics is in process of founding.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The system of Quality Assurance at Faculty of Medicine, University in Mostar is based on the principles and models of planning, monitoring, evaluating and proposing measures to improve quality.
